About me
I am open to both a permanent leadership role and interim or project assignments where I can bring people, processes and perspectives together, connect strategy with operations, and turn complex challenges into tangible results.
My time at Hitachi has given me the opportunity to build and professionalise procurement, develop teams and processes, and lead and contribute to transformation and improvement initiatives. It has also reinforced what I enjoy most about my work:
bringing people, processes and perspectives together to make things happen.
I am a curious, creative and positive person who enjoys navigating between different parts of an organisation. I see connections, bring people together and thrive on complex challenges where there is no standard solution.
What does it take to make this happen?
That question probably captures my way of working better than anything else.
My strength lies at the intersection of strategy and operations: translating ambition into a concrete plan, connecting the right people and disciplines, and making sure that change does not remain a plan on paper, but actually becomes reality in the organisation.
I like to build and professionalise. To create structure where it is needed. To connect people who need each other. And to do this through trust, autonomy, clarity and respect.
Because results matter — but how you achieve them matters just as much.
I believe the most sustainable results are achieved together: by giving people space and responsibility, bringing different perspectives together, and creating an environment where people can contribute, take ownership and grow.
